Student Counsellor / Special Educator

Sharjah Indian School is seeking a Student Counsellor / Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The role involves collaborating with teachers, school leadership, students, and parents to implement inclusive education practices and enhance student participation and progress.

• Provide individualized support to students with additional educational needs. • Assist in developing and implementing inclusive learning strategies. • Collaborate with teachers to improve student participation and academic progress.

• B.Ed. or M.Ed. in Special Education. • Knowledge of inclusive education and student support practices. • Ability to understand and respond to students' individual educational needs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, school leadership, students, and parents.
