Job Description

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Specialist, Digital Channels & Communities to supervise and execute the development and maintenance of digital channels and content. The role is responsible for keeping the company's digital and online platforms up to date, including the intranet, website, social media accounts, screen kiosks and elevator displays. The position will also oversee the creation and management of multimedia content such as videos, photographs, infographics and online banners while ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Digital Content & Channel Management • Develop and maintain digital channels and content across company platforms. • Keep the intranet, website, social media accounts, screen kiosks and elevator displays updated with relevant content. • Manage and maintain the company's corporate communications tools and digital channels. • Continuously update and enhance intranet and website content in accordance with quality requirements. • Ensure relevant information is disseminated in a timely manner. • Ensure website and intranet links remain accurate and up to date. • Manage messages and service links to support accurate internal communication. Video, Film & Animation • Lead the production of videos, films and animations that meet end-user requirements. • Consider target audiences, channel requirements and corporate brand guidelines when developing multimedia content. • Develop visual content suitable for different digital platforms. Photography & Visual Content • Provide or source photography services for corporate business occasions. • Maintain the company's Photo Archive System to ensure previously produced graphics and visual assets are readily available. • Research, compile and select images for company design deliverables. • Develop and manage visual assets for corporate communication requirements. Digital Screens & Displays • Continuously update digital screen kiosk advertisements and displays. • Ensure current, relevant advertisements and information are displayed. • Maintain digital communication displays across company locations. Employee Engagement & Communities • Increase employee engagement with company digital media channels, particularly the intranet. • Develop and implement communication activities designed to increase digital channel traffic and readership. • Support stronger engagement with corporate digital communities. Digital Analytics & Improvement • Monitor digital channels and analyse end-user behaviour. • Identify opportunities to improve readership, impact and user-friendliness. • Recommend improvements based on digital channel performance and user behaviour. • Stay informed about emerging digital trends and best practices. • Recommend relevant digital trends and technologies that could support the company's goals and interests.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in videography, photography and digital content management within a large industrial organisation. • Excellent knowledge and skills in arts and graphics visualisation. • Strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in graphic design software, tools and techniques. • Strong communication skills related to arts and graphics visuals. • Experience managing digital communication channels and multimedia content. • Ability to develop content for different audiences and digital platforms.
