Specialist, Designer

ADNOC Onshore is seeking a Specialist, Designer to develop and coordinate the creation of graphics, design concepts, visuals, themes and mock-ups for a wide range of corporate publications and communication materials. The role will ensure that all design outputs meet end-user requirements while remaining aligned with OPCO and ADNOC Group Communications Strategy and branding guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Graphic Design & Visual Development • Supervise, develop and coordinate the creation of graphics and design concepts. • Develop visuals, themes and mock-ups for corporate publications and communication materials. • Design materials including: • Diaries • Calendars • Brochures • Signage • Banners • Greeting cards • Business cards • Ensure designs meet end-user requirements and corporate communication objectives. Media Campaigns & Events • Create unique and attractive media campaigns for exhibitions, parties and other events. • Develop creative concepts and visual materials that support event communication requirements. • Ensure campaign outputs are aligned with applicable branding guidelines. Layout, Typography & Branding • Participate in determining the size and layout of illustrative materials and copy. • Select appropriate colour schemes and visual sequences. • Select font styles and sizes appropriate to the communication material. • Ensure design outputs comply with OPCO and ADNOC Group Communications branding guidelines. Illustration & Digital Artwork • Draw, sketch and produce charts, graphs, illustrations and other artwork. • Use computer-based design tools to create visual materials. • Produce graphics, product illustrations and company logos. • Develop visually appealing materials that effectively address target audience requirements.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Graphic Design or an equivalent field. • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles. • Experience creating corporate communication and promotional materials. • Ability to develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations and visual campaigns. • Ability to work according to corporate branding guidelines. • Strong attention to visual detail and end-user requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe InDesign QUALIFICATION Required: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a relevant discipline.
