Special Educator

The role involves collaborating with classroom teachers to design and implement inclusive strategies that address the diverse learning needs of students with special educational needs (SEN). It requires providing differentiated instruction, conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and working closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists to create a supportive network for SEN students.

- Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement inclusive strategies for students with SEN. - Provide differentiated instruction and support to individuals or small groups. - Conduct assessments to identify SEN students and develop IEPs in partnership with the SEN team and parents. - Work closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists to build a collaborative support network. - Implement evidence‑based interventions and accommodations. - Stay updated on best practices, research, and advancements in special education and inclusion. - Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes belonging.

- B.Ed. or M.Ed. in Special Education. - Minimum two years of experience as a SEN teacher or coordinator. - Ability to share outstanding practice. - Creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom. - Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills. - Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning. - Aspiration to work in a world‑class school with real prospects for career enhancement.
