Social Media Executive

Justlife is seeking a Social Media Executive to build and grow its social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. The role involves creating engaging content, managing community interactions, coordinating photo and video shoots, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with influencers to drive brand awareness and bookings.

• Own end‑to‑end social media operations across multiple platforms. • Produce and curate high‑impact Reels, TikToks, and other short‑form videos. • Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots that align with brand guidelines. • Monitor analytics, interpret data, and refine content strategy. • Manage influencer collaborations, from sourcing to performance tracking. • Engage with the community and respond to audience interactions. • Report to the Social Media Lead and scale responsibilities as the brand grows.

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience creating and growing social content on Instagram and TikTok. • Proven ability to work on camera, host, and feature in content. • Strong storytelling and creative copywriting skills. • Hands‑on editing for short‑form video with fast turnaround. • Deep understanding of current social trends, formats, and platforms. • Experience coordinating photo and video shoots. • Cultural fluency in the UAE and adaptability to the home‑services sector. • Direct, hands‑on influencer marketing experience. • Comfortable with on‑site work in JLT, Dubai.

A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or a portfolio that demonstrates relevant work.
