Service Advisor

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the workshop, bridging communication between customers and the service team. The role focuses on delivering a professional, customer‑centric experience while ensuring vehicles receive top‑quality care.

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon arrival and document any damage or concerns. • Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and recorded for efficient service. • Oversee smooth handover of serviced vehicles, informing customers of completed work and future maintenance. • Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process and follow up post‑service to confirm satisfaction. • Build strong customer relationships through clear communication of recommendations, estimates, approvals, and costs. • Collaborate with workshop foremen and technicians to ensure accurate information flow and service execution. • Identify and validate customer concerns by assessing vehicle conditions and determining corrective action.

• Broad automotive knowledge and ability to serve as a trusted advisor. • Ability to provide accurate, up‑to‑date technical guidance and respond confidently to inquiries. • Strong understanding of vehicle operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and care. • Thorough knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown prevention practices. • Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable automotive workshop or dealership environment. • Strong customer service and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced workshop environment while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.

Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
