Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager responsible for owning product surfaces used by millions across the GCC, driving end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, with a focus on metrics, AI integration, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Own the product end‑to‑end, including discovery, PRDs, backlog, prioritisation, launch, and post‑launch metrics. • Lead cross‑functional teams of engineering, design, CX, support ops, payments, finance, and provider ops. • Own key journeys such as payments, availability, assignment, CRM, and fulfilment. • Make data‑driven decisions, kill weak ideas early, and own outcomes rather than just shipped features. • Drive AI‑first initiatives, embedding AI into research, design, and delivery processes.

• Proven experience owning a core consumer, mobile, or marketplace surface end‑to‑end and moving key metrics. • Strong metrics and experimentation skills: design tests, analyse results, and act. • Ability to write real PRDs, run genuine discovery, and collaborate effectively with engineering and design. • Data literate (SQL or strong analytics fluency) and experience building AI into product workflows. • Nice to have: marketplace experience, startup or scale‑up pace background.
