Secondary Assistant Headteacher

Safa Community School, an award‑winning all‑through UK curriculum school in Dubai, is seeking a highly qualified, inspirational and experienced leader for the role of Secondary Assistant Headteacher. The position begins September 2027 and offers the opportunity to work in a modern, spacious environment with a dedicated team of teachers and students.

• Lead and manage pastoral care, well‑being and support for students. • Strategically oversee a Key Stage and curriculum offering. • Develop and manage a thriving house structure. • Collaborate with the Deputy Headteacher to ensure data and academic tracking accelerate progress and attainment.

• A high‑quality degree. • Experience in Middle leadership (essential). • Experience of Senior Leadership (desirable). • Leadership qualification (desirable). • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Drive and enthusiasm to inspire, nurture and empower teachers. • High expectations that motivate, support and challenge. • Confident educator capable of organising, shaping and leading an effective team. • Willingness to contribute to school life and develop professionally through CPD.
