Sales Executive

A Sales Executive role within Al‑Futtaim Automotive, responsible for driving vehicle sales, maximizing revenue through Finance & Insurance, trade‑ins, and accessories, while delivering exceptional customer experiences across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins. • Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions. • Prospect new customers, maintain an active sales pipeline, and use company sales systems. • Promote Finance & Insurance products, trade‑ins, extended warranties, and accessories. • Adhere to company policies on sales transactions, documentation, cash handling, and credit processes. • Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver business objectives and outstanding customer outcomes.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Strong upselling and cross‑selling capabilities. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills. • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about sales excellence.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory.
