Private Medical Services Nurse

Al Futtaim Health is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join its Private Medical Services team in Dubai. The role offers a unique setting where nurses accompany physicians to deliver high‑quality, physician‑led care directly to high‑net‑worth individuals, international visitors, executives, families, and VIP clients in luxury residences, five‑star hotels, and private accommodations. This position moves nurses away from traditional ward environments into a personalised, premium healthcare service that prioritises clinical excellence and patient experience.

• Accompany physicians during healthcare visits across Dubai. • Deliver high‑quality nursing care within private residences and hospitality settings. • Support patient assessments and clinical monitoring. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation. • Provide care for acute and chronic health needs. • Educate patients and offer healthcare guidance. • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. • Build trusted relationships with patients and families. • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical governance standards.

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse (mandatory). • Currently residing and working within the UAE. • Minimum 3 years’ post‑registration nursing experience. • Experience in hospital, outpatient, emergency, medical‑surgical, VIP healthcare, community healthcare, or private healthcare settings. • Excellent English communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and patient engagement abilities. • Professional appearance and confident communication style. • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. • Ability to travel throughout Dubai. • Preferred: nursing education completed in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Western Europe, or Filipino RN currently living and working in the UAE. • VIP, executive, hospitality, or community healthcare experience. • Arabic language skills are advantageous.
