• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MBA) from a reputed university. • Qualification obtained through regular-mode study. • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and/or operations management. • Knowledge of UAE educational-sector rules and regulations. • Relevant school work experience is mandatory. • IT experience will be an added advantage. • Strong organisational, communication, and people‑management skills.
