Graphic Designer

SEHA is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the organisation's graphic design, multimedia, audio-visual and branding requirements. The role involves creating graphic and audio-visual materials, supporting website and social media content, preparing marketing and promotional materials, developing layouts, logos and images, and providing creative and technical support for conferences, events and other organisational activities. The position combines graphic design with multimedia, photography, videography, audio production, branding, printing and event support. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, develop creative solutions, revise designs based on feedback and ensure that materials are completed and distributed as required. The role also requires compliance with SEHA policies, confidentiality requirements, occupational health and safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Graphic Design & Creative Production • Prepare graphic designs and audio-visual materials for organisational requirements. • Receive and assist in processing audio-visual requests related to organisational activities. • Prepare audio-visual materials for the facility. • Prepare marketing materials and promotional tools. • Build print layouts. • Provide creative input for design projects. • Develop and design logos and images. • Maintain and support corporate identity and branding requirements. • Meet with clients to establish their design and communication needs. • Use appropriate design software to complete projects. • Revise projects based on client feedback. Digital & Multimedia • Update the organisation's website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia content. • Support the development of multimedia materials. • Provide audio-visual support as required. • Undertake photography and medical photography activities. • Undertake videography and video editing. • Record and edit audio. • Support conferences and events management. Print & Production • Design, develop, complete and distribute printed materials as communicated by the Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer. • Support laminating, binding and photocopying of educational materials. • Undertake mass printing and laser printing. • Support signs engraving. • Perform other print-production activities as required. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain records of graphic design activities as communicated by the Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer. • Ensure design and multimedia activities are appropriately documented. Teamwork & Stakeholder Coordination • Participate in team efforts as required. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth delivery of work. • Promote effective communication strategies within the team. • Maintain effective interdepartmental liaison. • Maintain positive and effective working relationships with other departments and sections. SEHA Compliance • Comply with SEHA facility policies, procedures and practices. • Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements. • Complete and maintain required licensing, certification and mandatory training within established timeframes. • Maintain confidentiality regarding information exchanged or received in the course of the role. • Act as a brand ambassador for the facility and promote a customer-focused philosophy when dealing with stakeholders. • Perform other duties relevant to the basic responsibilities of the role as assigned. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design or another relevant or equivalent discipline. • High School qualification. • Professional experience in graphic design, Interior Design or another relevant or equivalent field. • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe applications, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Illustrator. • Proficiency in English. • MS Office and general computer proficiency. • Strong time-management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders. • Ability to understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into design projects. Desired: • Diploma in a relevant field. • Experience working in a large healthcare facility. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Arabic.

Required: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design or another relevant/equivalent discipline. • High School qualification.
