Financial Controller

Justlife, a leading home‑services platform operating across the UAE and KSA, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the transformation of its finance function as the company scales. The role involves strengthening governance, systems, and reporting to support rapid growth, working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

- Own and standardise the chart of accounts and financial systems across all entities. - Lead month‑end close, financial statement preparation and IFRS reporting for a multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction group. - Strengthen internal controls, policy and compliance, including UAE and KSA statutory and tax requirements. - Act as primary liaison for external auditors, tax authorities and advisors. - Translate financial results into actionable insights for executive leadership. - Support investor reporting and shareholder communications. - Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering a high‑performing unit.

- CPA or CA (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 10+ years of experience in finance, controlling and accounting, including time in a Big4 firm or a fast‑paced consumer‑tech company. - Strong IFRS command with multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction reporting experience. - Experience with UAE and KSA tax and statutory requirements is a plus. - Proven track record of growing a finance team into a high‑ownership, high‑performing unit.
