Financial Controller

Justlife, a leading home‑services platform operating across the UAE and KSA, seeks a Financial Controller to lead the transformation of its finance function as the company scales. The role focuses on strengthening governance, systems, and reporting to support rapid growth and deliver institutional‑grade financial oversight.

• Own and standardise the chart of accounts and financial architecture across all entities. • Lead initiatives to automate and improve financial reporting and record‑keeping systems. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS statements for a multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction group. • Drive a timely, accurate month‑end close across all businesses. • Strengthen, implement and monitor a robust internal‑control framework group‑wide. • Maintain accounting policies and implement new IFRS updates consistently. • Ensure full compliance with statutory, accounting and tax requirements, focusing on UAE and KSA. • Act as primary liaison for external auditors, tax authorities and advisors. • Translate complex results into actionable insights for executive leadership. • Support clear, accurate investor reporting packages for shareholders and investors. • Supervise, coach and mentor the finance team; run performance reviews and create growth opportunities. • Foster a high‑performing finance‑operations team aligned to group objectives.

• CPA or CA (ACA / ACCA / equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 10+ years of experience across finance, controlling and accounting, including time in a Big4 or a fast‑paced consumer‑tech company. • Strong IFRS command with proven multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction reporting experience. • GCC exposure – hands‑on with UAE and KSA tax and statutory requirements. • Proven track record of growing a finance team into a high‑ownership, high‑performing unit.
