Cabin Crew

Emirates is seeking candidates for Cabin Crew Opportunities in Dubai. As a member of the Emirates cabin crew, you will be the face of the airline and play an important role in providing customers with support, service and guidance throughout their journey.

Provide excellent customer service and support to Emirates passengers, act as a friendly and professional representative of Emirates, assist customers with help and direction throughout their journey, manage aircraft services in accordance with established procedures, lead confidently and take control during safety and security situations, follow aircraft safety and security procedures, maintain high standards of service and professionalism, work effectively as part of a multicultural team, adapt to different situations and customer needs, provide an authentic and positive customer experience, manage a demanding work schedule while maintaining consistent performance, remain solution-oriented and focused on delivering high service standards.

More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service, positive attitude and natural ability to provide excellent service, ability to work effectively in a team environment, ability to interact professionally with people from different cultures, minimum qualification: High school graduate (Grade 12), fluency in written and spoken English, minimum height of 160 cm, ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types, no visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform, ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements, determination to perform to the highest standards, solution-oriented approach, ability to manage a demanding work schedule, cultural awareness and alignment with the Emirates personality: professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary and cosmopolitan.

Minimum Qualification: • High school graduate (Grade 12). LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS • Fluent in written and spoken English. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Minimum height: 160 cm. • Reach: 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
