Arabic Teacher

The Arabic Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate Arabic lessons to Primary students, supporting language development, cultural understanding, and confidence in speaking, reading, and writing Arabic within a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

• Design and deliver engaging Arabic lessons for Primary students. • Develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. • Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning abilities and needs. • Incorporate creative, interactive, and technology‑enhanced methods. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. • Maintain accurate assessment and learning records. • Foster a positive, well‑managed, inclusive classroom environment. • Support students’ understanding of Arabic language, culture, and heritage. • Collaborate with class teachers, the Arabic department, and the Inclusion Team. • Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and development. • Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities. • Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, health and safety, and student wellbeing.

• Experience teaching Arabic within a British‑curriculum school. • Familiarity with UAE education requirements and school expectations. • Experience supporting students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. • Ability to integrate technology and interactive resources into lessons. • Experience contributing to Arabic cultural events and enrichment activities. • Professionalism and safeguarding awareness. • Assessment and progress tracking. • Differentiation and inclusion.
