Aftersales Systems Support (MIS) Supervisor

This role is central to the Aftersales network, ensuring that all service bookings, parts invoices, and workshop job cards run smoothly. Based in Dubai, the supervisor provides first‑line systems support, resolves live issues, maintains master data, pricing packages, and schedules, and proactively improves processes to enhance front‑line efficiency.

• Act as first‑line systems support for all branches, resolving queries within 48 hours. • Resolve front‑line blockers (invoice reversals, mileage corrections, discount applications, package amendments, time‑clocking issues) on the same day. • Partner with Aftersales, Finance and IT to investigate and close issues within agreed timelines. • Create and maintain pre‑delivery inspection packages and retail service packages for new models. • Set up and maintain dealer‑installed accessories packages. • Support end‑to‑end campaign rollouts. • Upload service advisor shift patterns and technician schedules. • Maintain master data to keep integrations stable and reporting accurate. • Review and recommend process improvements for front‑line teams.

• Aftersales systems expertise – hands‑on support or administration of an automotive ERP, ideally SAP, in a live aftersales setting. • Pricing and package management – proven background as a pricing analyst or assistant. • Advanced Excel and data management skills. • Structured problem‑solving ability. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Graduate or diploma holder; automotive background preferred. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable systems support, master data or pricing role. • Automotive aftersales experience essential. • Pricing analyst or assistant background essential. • Hands‑on ERP experience, ideally with SAP in an automotive environment. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience in data warehousing, data management and data quality control. • Excellent written and spoken communication. • Customer‑focused, strong time‑management and team‑first mindset.
